Ha ha ha ha ha. What a nothingburger!
Actually musically you can already tell a difference. They are trying to find that gap between KNDD and KQMV. They actually sound a lot like they did in the late 2000s with this format. Obviously the goal is to create separation from KUBE and differentiation from KQMV.

All stunting for the same BS! Was actually hoping for an adult station, not the same old kiddie crap. The million dollar question...will they get their audience back that they had before the 'stunt'? From their social media, it looks unlikely.
What make you so sure? Got your ego puffed up there, as per usual? I sense some crow is going to be eaten, along with some humble pie for dessert.
What? Do they think listeners are going to say "Boy, they got me good with that one, hahaha. A real knee-slapper there".
Or "Whew! I am so happy they are not changing! Now I gotta text all my peeps about it!"?
More like "Screw this f---ing radio station".....
Dropping a heritage morning show will absolutely affect your ratings in a negative way.
We got all worked up....for THAT?
No WONDER iHeartMedia is bankrupt. Their ideas are about as plentiful as their cash flow.
IHOP didn't get rid of one of their best known pancakes though did they? Dropping a heritage morning show will absolutely affect your ratings in a negative way. The fact that they did that while stunting for a week and didn't change formats, that is something that listeners will remember and not in a positive way. Long-term I agree with you, but in the short-term I'm sure they will take a hit.
