In a redux of Cox v. Susquehanna, some underemployed attorneys manage to file Cumulus v. Cumulus over Q99.7 vs. 99X.
That was a landmark case between B99 and Warm 99. How are some stations still allowed to not use the decimal place in their station names? I understand those that were that way before the case would be grandfathered but what about afterward?
How does this affect Q99.7?

I still think that Cumulus should have changed it to Power 99 and told iHeart that they have dibs on the name.

I've always thought 96.1 as a Top 40, could've kept the WKLS calls and used the 'KisS FM' brand. Glad they chose 'Power' tho. As 'Kiss FM' obviously sounds more generic.
