Looks like the stream's down too. WDBK's had automation for the past 15 years, and the college locked the students out of the facility on weekends starting in 2007 (politics), so station management knows how to use the automation. I assume the college simply shut the campus down and the station doesn't have the capability to operate remotely. Be on the lookout for an STA.
Camden County College tried to sell the station around 2015, for $150K if I remember correctly. Apparently no takers, but the station got the college to spring for streaming around that time. Since 91.5 is hemmed in by surrounding signals, it can't move anywhere closer to more population. I know there are still a few station advocates on the CCC faculty, so they may hold on to the license through this.
