Both are excellent matchups for attracting neutrals.Really? We are getting Cubs-Dodgers in the Upstate and the western Carolinas rather than Red Sox-Yankees? Only time that's happened was for the Braves.

I might not be at home but I can’t complain. That’s got to be a first.Really? We are getting Cubs-Dodgers in the Upstate and the western Carolinas rather than Red Sox-Yankees? Only time that's happened was for the Braves.
I was going to say that Fox doesn't have the man-love of the Yankees/Red Sox that ESPN has, but Sunday Night Baseball will feature Cubs/Dodgers, NOT Yankees/Red Sox. I dunno why, but ESPN has aired NL games on Sunday nights almost exclusively this season. Yankees/Red Sox will be the Sunday game on TBS.I'm shocked, not just at the distribution(who would've have thought that Cubs-Dodgers would be the main game over Yankees-Red Sox?) but also having Joe Buck on a game NOT featuring the Yankees or Red Sox.
Surely the networks have the flexibility to substitute games in the latter stages of the season, especially if expected contenders flop or surprise contenders emerge, don't they?MLB does the schedule not the networks.
Well, it's only seven innings. Of course, so was a recent, very short, edition of Sunday Night Baseball, 1-0 game that was done almost before it started.Fox is allowing the Astros and Tigers to air their second game of their doubleheader opposite the Fox games tonight. I thought Fox's coverage was excusive.
