Whatever happened to Giles Threadgold? on RKO

Howie did mention Giles' passing when it happened. Some years before that I was visiting my dad on the Cape (pre-2014) and noticed Giles E Threadgold in phone book

I recollect Howie having Giles on (as well as VB) for an anniversary special, after he had left Entercom. I think this was after Steve had taken over for Sandy. I could be wrong about the specific timing, but I definitely remember Giles being on (because I was unfamiliar with his relationship with the show).
