No.So are they going to flip any radio station in Houston Texas we need a new radio station
There's really no incentive to.They need to do at least a revamp and make it a better Mix at least! From the 90’s until now like 104.3 My Fm L.A.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that KBIG is part of a three station "Wall of Women" lineup of iHeart stations in Los Angeles (KIIS and KOST being the other two.) This allows KBIG a tighter musical focus on the middle section of the broader female demographic, while the other stations focus on younger/older listeners. They need to do at least a revamp and make it a better Mix at least! Agencies usually and predominantly buy based on ratings, not share. And they buy on multi-book averages. They know that shares wobble around... a lot sometimes... and they are looking for consistent levels of listening, not the last book.KHMX could adjust the music to perform even better than 5th in the desired demographics mentioned earlier, but more '90s is unlikely to happen. That would start to cannibalize its sister KKHH, which plays about 2-3 '90s songs an hour.
What it current plays. Again, no real rational reason for them to flip or alter the formatics much.So what wood khmx mix 965 Houston play
... same kind of wood that a woodchuck chucks. So what wood khmx mix 965 Houston play
We won’t talk about the morning show either. So what wood khmx mix 965 Houston play
Dear lord no!What do you suggest we replace it with? More Spanish religious broadcasts, or perhaps some of Travis's "AstroWorld" music?
That's true for every music stationI just want mix 965 Houston to play a better mix of songs
If their research tells them that their current playlist is the best *fishing net to cast*, then that's what they'll play. It is not going to satisfy everyone, but it is going to catch as much if their target demographic as possible.I just want mix 965 Houston to play a better mix of songs
For "better with throwbacks", Mix may have to choose between getting listeners from places like Mission Bend or Missouri City, or from places like The Woodlands, Kingwood, or League City. Mix has been attempting to attract the latter by playing more country-pop tracks, whilst sprinkling more rhythmic tracks to attract a little of the former.Just a new revamped Mix will do, just include more songs and make it a better with throwbacks.

In specific targeted demographics, they’re doing just fine. (The 2.9 came from the meaningless 6+ ratings, which don’t really have a bearing on much of anything.)Mix 965 thear rating are low 2.9 that not good
