Atlanta missing both Me TV Plus & Rewind TV

We're market #7 now and the only market above us that is void of Antenna TV's sister network Rewind TV is Philadelphia (#4). Rewind TV is having a better rollout with affiliates than Me-TV Plus (which launched 4 months earlier). Both feature retro series. I don't think Me-TV Plus even has a website. According to Wikipedia Me-TV Plus has only 5 affiliates (home owned stations in Chicago and Phoenix, with September 2021 expansion to non owned stations in Seattle, Bellingham, Washington and Los Angeles). Rewind TV has close to 60 affiliates already. I'm not sure what is holding up the Me-TV Plus expansion unless they think it will syphon off regular viewers of Me-TV. Needless to say, Atlanta would rather see these sub-channels added here than a gardening channel, lifestyle channel, another news or shoe channel (they seem to be running out of ideas).

What is holding WSB up? They were one of the first to light up their sub-channels, then other Atlanta stations joined in and passed them up. They now have only 3 channels (tied with WGCL 46) the fewest of all full power stations. WSB seemed to get burned and made early mistakes in selecting sub-channels that didn't soon got replaced by another one. Could this be what continues to hold them back? Some stations lead, while others just sit back and watch. Sub-channels have turned into money makers and that's what continues to drive their expansion.

Gray is more diginet-friendly than Meredith ever was (Meredith liked deals in which they were compensated. Same with Cox.). I imagine the Rewind TV affiliate relations department are talking to them about affiliations to their newly-acquired stations.

Plus, Gray only has one owned diginet with Circle, compared to Sinclair with 4 (Comet, Charge!, TBD and Stadium) and Nexstar with now I believe with 3 (Antenna, Rewind and somewhat, SportsGrid) and TEGNA with 3 (Quest, True Crime and Twist) with FOX (Buzzr for ex.), NBC (Cozi for ex.), ABC (Local-ish for ex.) and even CBS (DABL for ex.) having one or more diginets each. Scripps is king with 8: Bounce TV, Court TV, Court TV Mystery, Defy TV, Grit, Laff, Newsy and TrueReal, 9 if you count ION though there are lots of main stations out there carrying ION.

And also, WPCH carries Circle on 17.3 so Gray doesn't need to do anything about it. Its diginet is already on one of its stations.

UPDATE: Apparently Rewind TV has made (or is in the process of making) carriage agreements with a few Cox Media Group stations. Now, WSB is listed as a future affiliate on the Rewind TV affiliates page at Wikipedia. They list it as 2.? (which was not listed there until just recently). Who would they replace on WSB or Is there room for more sub-channels in their signal?
