I've received WXJC at sunrise here in DFW, after they have gone to day power.Orange County, TX. With still no sign of KOA I'm receiving WXJC Birmingham, AL with a listenable signal, 1 K with a small lobe pointed my way, Religious programming, id'd by station promos and stream.
1280 XEAW MEX Monterrey 12/19/2021 0535 La Gran AW ID, Spanish Romantic music // stream. Good in WODT null.
** This station is not listed on mwlist. I checked Radio Locator and noticed it listed XEAW plus many more Mexican stations. What do you guys use for a reference of Mexican stations?
UnID:
550 Around 9:00pm CST 12/18 I was listening to 550 khz and heard "right here on KFYI..." pop up among the KTSA/KCRS/KTRS/KFRM talkers mix and match. Looking at the directory, I noticed there is also a "KFYR" on 550 so I can't really be sure if I heard AZ or ND. Radio was pointed between the two. I will have to try again for a definitive ID.
You might have heard KFYI! “Right here on KFYI” is something the nameless and faceless KFYI voice guy does say on the station.DFW, Texas -- Sangean ATS-909X -- Times are CST.
New stations logged:

Thanks @SomeRadioGuy, good points on both counts! The IRCA MExican log is the best mexican database there really is:
As for KFYI/KFYR... this is why you record, you can listen back again and again
How likely is KLOH?Likely not Cincinnati, which is Black Gospel and I don't believe carries Fox News
For your 1050 UnID, how about KLOH Pipestone, MN? It is listed in mwlist as Fox and Farm. Tri-state could be MN, SD, and IA.This morning around 8-8:30 am MDT, skywave stuck around for a little extra time, and a few of the stronger ones were 880 KRVN Lexington (Super strong), 1020 KMOQ Omaha (heard Legal ID), 1040 WHO (temperature and traffic), 1100 KNZZ Grand Junction (Grand Valley mention), 1110 KFAB Omaha, 1160 KSL, as well as 1500 KSTP Minneapolis and 1540 KXEL.
A medium signal was 830 WCCO, surprisingly in front of KUYO.
I had unidentifiable signals on 970, 980, and 1050.
Here's the thing though:
I also had something in English on 1050, while facing east. There was mentions of a furniture store, in the "tristate area", and it almost sounded like the address was 511 4th Avenue, but nothing comes up for me. They also mentioned something about a Farm radio show, and then it dropped into Fox News. Does anyone know what this is, please?
I imagine a possibilityHow likely is KLOH?
Sounds good to me. Thank you all!For your 1050 UnID, how about KLOH Pipestone, MN? It is listed in mwlist as Fox and Farm. Tri-state could be MN, SD, and IA.
Very good fit. Tri-state area (MN, SD, IA matches KLOH). There's a flooring and Furniture store at 511 4th Street in Edgerton, MN (13 miles from KLOH transmitter site). KLOH runs 9,380 watts day and 432 night. I've heard it here in the Chicago area. How likely is KLOH?
I've also been trying for KNX with no luck. Years ago it wasn't a problem this time of year. As previously mentioned I haven't heard it in the Chicago area in at least 10 years.Have to settle for a "relog" since nothing eactly new to report for the past week or so.....
KWNO, 1230 from Winona, MN. 6am CDT this morning with TOH ID followed by newscast and local ads . On top off and on for about ten minutes. 212 miles (southeast Minnesota on the Mississippi River). Radio was the C Crane skywave. I had only heard KWNO once previously.
Wanted: KNX and/or CKWX. Santa, can you bring me one or both of these for my radio? I've been trying for each one 3-4 times each week, but to no avail! (At least not that I could positively ID).
