KKBQ HD-3

I wish KKBQ HD-3 will go back to country legends instead of dead air.

Nah, they should just simulcast the Country Legends format on the main HD-1. Double the voicetracks and burnt to crisp playlist, for your listening pleasure!

105.3 doesn't care. Or they probably would have fixed it.

105.3? Why would they fix it? That would be something KKBQ have to do?
If they did care they would actually be a translator for KKBQ HD3. And maybe follow their directional power at 250 watts.

you dont know that to be true so you're really talking out of your ass...
You're right I am talking out of my ass. I meant 99 watts. But you would think if they wanted to be legal if they care they would actually be translating a station and not originate programming. They could also follow their directional pattern and not be overpowered. Just cause they're called "Power" shouldn't mean they can crank up the power.

Again your making assumptions ..

KKBQ would want to fix it if they want to get paid (unless the contract has expired or they evicted them on purpose due to non-payment/explicit content)

K287BQ would want it fixed because they're the ones who would get fined if the FCC suddenly began enforcing their rules.

All in all, nobody cares. K287BQ's 15 or so listeners don't even know the station is also simulcasted on 92.9 HD3 (or supposed to be).

It is a fact they are originating programming since KKBQ HD3 is silent now. And when that was on it was like a minute behind if 105.3. I could also hear it pretty strongly 50 miles away way outside of their contour when KTWL was off the air. The translator is illegal like most downtown Houston translators.
