Some nice E-skip this morning...was hearing a bunch of stations from Central Florida. WFLZ in Tampa-St. Pete was completely overriding KQBU, with full HD lock on all three subchannels! And WPCV in the Orlando market totally buried KFNC.I guess they couldn’t wait until e-skip was finished
I didn’t get WFLZ but after Florida it moved up north and I got some SC, GA, and NC. Then a new cloud formed and I was getting some stations up north in mostly NE, MN, and SD. Now it’s some fade ups in WI.Some nice E-skip this morning...was hearing a bunch of stations from Central Florida. It sounds as good as it has before. Not amazing but not as bad as before they were broadcasting dead air for around 2 months.Did they fix their equipment or are they still playing strange sounds?
My very uneducated guess is that it just died and it took them awhile to realize nothing was broadcasting. It just kept sounding worse and worse until it was dead air. They probably had to fix that weird scratchy sound in the YouTube vid earlier in this thread.
Friday night it was back with dead air and has been off since Saturday. I just checked now and I only get a weak KVUJThe stream link posted earlier in this thread has audio and it's currently playing piano music.
