I was watching ABC 15 News on CW61 at Noon. At the end of the newscast, they said to join us at 3 on ABC 15. Did it just start this week? Did they want it to be a secret? In any case, I will take a look today and report back.
Agreed! I do like Newsy because it takes time to explain the issues and does not take sides on issues. There aren't many time slots between 4:30 AM and 11 PM that don't have news on at least one channel. 1-3 PM is the only one I can think of right now.
I'm not counting Newsy on 51.4 because they're not local.
Me too, but I missed this hidden newscast! šIt started last month on July 11th. I keep an eye on these things.
And don't forget the oddly named pharmaceuticals! Now that politics are done for another 2 years (we hope)...more room for countless lawyer ads..and Fry's ads
they still have Your Life Arizona by half hour. of course that doesnt count the 10am-12nn simulcast of Live Now Streaming Channel on KUTP 45 which has a 7pm hour news from Fox 10Wow, almost a record! I think the KTVK's Good Morning Arizona adding the 10 - 11AM hour was yanked quicker.
Georgia made a similar and slightly longer stunt on WSB Atlanta unlike WANF's permanent 3pm hour cast.Looks like the 3-4 PM newscast is no more. KNXV is running Afternoon Focus at 3, and The List at 3:30, with the news now starting at 4.
Frys is goneNow that politics are done for another 2 years (we hope)...more room for countless lawyer ads..and Fry's ads
I understand they will be converted to Kroger over time, but my local one in NE Mesa is still Fry's.Frys is gone
I'm still seeing dozens of them each and every weekday (the animated ads of course with the Fry's name, not Kroger).Frys is gone
There was one on Baseline between 48th St and I-10 in Tempe, but closed along with the rest of the chain years ago.I'm still seeing dozens of them each and every weekday (the animated ads of course).
But if you are talking about Fry's Electronics I don't remember seeing any of those in the PHX metro.
There were two---Baseline near I-10 and T-Bird near I-17, from the late 90s until...I guess last year, from this article:I'm still seeing dozens of them each and every weekday (the animated ads of course with the Fry's name, not Kroger).
But if you are talking about Fry's Electronics I don't remember seeing any of those in the PHX metro.
My first response was to seeing Fry's Electronics on TV ads here in Phoenix. Even when the stores were open I don't ever remember seeing an electronic commercial. I do remember their newspaper ads and circulars though. There was one on Baseline between 48th St and I-10 in Tempe, but closed along with the rest of the chain years ago.
