I'm coming upon my renewal in about another week. I've paid annually (a pretty rock bottom price, about $60 for the year plus tax and fees. I've done that twice since our original 3-month trial expired. I've also done it through the automated system when the call center was closed (on purpose). Tonight, they offered the platinum plan for $11.99 a month plus tax and fees. I said "no" to that. The automated system told me they could not transfer me (to retention) as the center was closed. So....what's my next move? (I know that folks have cancelled then re-signed up for the new customer deal.).
