Syndication for 2022-2023

I agree but I wonder if they get better ratings. The Noon repeat has been on 1pm forever. I feel like they should either expand the AM news thru 9am hour . Or switch 700 Club 9am slot with Access Daily 4am slott
KING is like the west coast WCVB since they have and equivalent to Chronicle called Evening. Also I'm shock that Extra and Inside Edition replaced Ellen than either Rachel Ray or Tamron Hall following NBC News Daily.

me too but it could just be a place holder until they launch something else. KING was on track to remove all syndicated programming outside of Dr. Phil & Ellen.

Not every market has to do all news all day besides not all people will work from home again after just 2 years. People can get news online but not while they're at work

In Seattle most of downtown has not returned to work full time. Its still around 60% max back in the office full time from the last city of Seattle report and surrounding areas are about the same still.

I miss CLTV and NWCN, if Paramount buys KIRO (at least to reduce conflict with Apollo's minority investment in KING/KOMG owner Tegna), they might star producing news again for KSTW along its having it's own streaming channel CBS NEWS SEATTLE

Seen a brief promo of a new documentary special airing on fox 17 on Nov. 25th. Don't know if it's Fox or syndicated as they only said Fox 17 which they say for every show that's on no matter if it's the big bang theory or the masked singer.

The Goldbergs will be tweaking its broadcast syndication airing pattern beginning October 29. The first episode of the weekend run that weekend will be the Season 5 finale, followed by the Season 3 premiere. The two weekend runs have usually been from the primary run during the week unless they run holiday themed episodes (for example Season 5 has been the latest season in the primary run though they will pause that to air the Halloween episodes this week). Unlike on Young Sheldon, they don’t go in order. However on Tuesday November 1, the day after Halloween (they will air the Season 7 Halloween episode on the 31st), instead of picking up with Season 3 they will start with Season 8, yes 8, for the first time in broadcast syndication (they held it last year for some reason). They will only be airing the primary run during the week now. The weekend run will be a whole different season, like Young Sheldon. currently season 3, as episodes 2 and 3 are scheduled to air on the weekend of November 5 and 6. So it will take them awhile to get through whatever season is on the weekends. This change would make more sense if they added two more runs on the weekend. The secondary run during the week is a different season, Season 6 currently and then Season 7 beginning Friday. This is the way Young Sheldon does it.

I read this past summer that Sinclair wanted to create shows & game shows as well. I think they can get other TV stations to air the games shows and news docs not so much, in my opinion, the problem is these shows that stations groups create are only on their TV stations barely from outside groups The List is largely on the Scripps TV stations and a few non-station carry it but not a lot. I was kinda surprised that Let's Ask America was only on Scripps TV stations and no outside TV stations carried it, GSN did air Let's Ask America in the late night hours years ago.

Same as Afternoon Focus but how many stations does DBL carry outside Tegna?

WTXL replaced Castle with The Rookie, and Wipeout with 911. They also have Afternoon Focus, replacing Right This Minute (which ended its run).

It was announced earlier that some of the CBS O&O’s would start a half hour 9am newscast and the first half of Drew Barrymore would air at 9:30. The other half would air on their duopoly partners later in the day. Affiliates have the option of airing both parts back to back or separate.
They have moved Let's Make a Deal back to 9am on KCBS starting October 31st.

The 4am-10am news will be airing on their sister station. KCBS will be taking the East feed of CBS Mornings at 4am when it does. They will continue to broadcast it at 7am and simulcast the local news at 6am.
