I thought I was responding to this thread that was posted first:
From that press release it said “ including the long-awaited launch of
Hits Uno, a Spanish Contemporary Pop channel that fills a significant void in its Latin music options. Available on car receivers as Channel 321,
Hits Uno takes a Top 40 turn by focusing on acts such as Bad Bunny, Becky G, Bizarrap, Camilo, Karol G, Maluma, Rauw Alejandro, Rosalía, and Sebastian Yatra”
And I responded to David, Channel 13 Pitbull’s Globalization already plays those artist. Along with Top 40 acts that have current hits. They’ll play dance( John Summit) and were playing Morgan Wallen early on and still do. I don’t get paid to promote Pitbull but he’s respected in the Miami Hip Hop scene, collaborates with Pop, Rap and Reguetón artists and is even a Nascar owner. Oh yeah, and he’ll be at the opening of the studios. From the article:
Also broadcasting special shows from the studios at 2340 Collins Avenue will be ANDY COHEN on TUESDAY, plus performances by BAILEY ZIMMERMAN, CARLOS VIVES, and the JONAS BROTHERS, the debut of the new HITS UNO channel, a BON JOVI special celebrating the 35th anniversary of the "NEW JERSEY" album, a special interview with PITBULL on his PITBULL'S GLOBALIZATION channel, a taping of the "IT'S ME, TINX" podcast, a DJ set with JOHN SUMMIT kicking off his new monthly show on DIPLO'S REVOLUTION, a "town hall" with BECKY G, and a special MIAMI edition of "SALUTE THE SAMPLE" on LL COOL J's ROCK THE BELLS RADIO.
