Probably not. I assume if he wanted to switch, it wouldn’t be announced as a retirement.BJ to KZOK?
Nowhere I looked says that BJ is retiring. Lance's article states that he is "departing", other sources say he is "exiting".Probably not. I assume if he wanted to switch, it wouldn’t be announced as a retirement.
Well BJ specifically declares he's not retiring.Probably not. I assume if he wanted to switch, it wouldn’t be announced as a retirement.
Actually, last time I was in Seattle a couple of weeks ago I thought KISW was doing a great job. In particular, during AM drive.BJ and his worn schtick sux to high heaven.
Please, try to be understanding of the tastes and preferences of others. Many people like him while you have simply been offending and offensive with no reasoned statement of why.BJ and his worn schtick sux to high heaven.
Remember, one of the goals of this site is to allow non-radio people, called "listeners" in the vernacular, to chat with radio pros and get an understanding of the business and professional aspects of the "biz".David Eduardo, you’re right about that guy’s negative comments, but it doesn’t seem like we’re have much to work with here. Just wild.
I've commented prior that we all recognize that a great number of participants here would never be confused for brain surgeons. I agree it's strange that local or industry-impactful topics are ignored, and bottom-feeding topics like derelict AM's, LPFM's, Christmas music launches, and pirate stations get the most attention. It's like a view into a strange universe outside of the real one.Meantime, the removal of a defunct high school radio station AM tower gets more attention? A song choice on a low-rated station gets more? Dang. Been visiting here for, I think, 15+ years. Don’t know if I have anything in common with you folks.
