Due to NFL airing on all CBS affiliates including WBZ in Boston, tonight's episodes of Wheel and Jeopardy! might be moving to WSBK or it might not air at all.
How many times does one need to say this?Due to NFL airing on all CBS affiliates including WBZ in Boston, tonight's episodes of Wheel and Jeopardy! might be moving to WSBK or it might not air at all.
Just as I suspected, instead of airing what was listed at 6 after football, CBS Evening News, they're showing/simulcasting Arizona's Family News at 6 from sister station KTVK. Wouldn't be surprised, even if it's kinda a busy news night with the Iowa Caucuses if other CBS affiliates in the West just keep it local too. Here in Phoenix, The Bold and The Beautiful will still air at 12:30, but The Talk will be preempted as they have the 1-1:30 MT before The NFL Today TBA. In terms of newscasts, not a big deal considering KPHO's afternoon newscasts are largely simulcasts of KTVK's from 4-6. They have the CBS Evening News scheduled for 6, but I'm assuming CBS5 will just simulcast Arizona's Family News at 6 from 3TV before their reg. scheduled 6:30 news before primetime NCIS reruns.
Good question. I noticed my second recording of "Jeopardy" didn't happen. So what will WBZ in Boston do to Wheel and Jeopardy now that NFL football is airing tomorrow?
they weren't the sporting event impacted by the weather in California being bad, NASCAR opted to move it's Busch Light Clash At The Coliseum from LA's Olympic Coliseum (which the stadium gets temporary converted to a short track for the race where they may remove the turf and put something to cover the field then lay asphalt on it for racing) that was scheduled for tonight and ran it last night, in fact NASCAR opted to cancel the heat races and last chance qualifier races but used the qualifying session design to set up the field for the 4 heat races to set up the actual race, and the heat races normally is used at this event for setting the field for the main event since the track can handle the normal amount of cars in a race in NASCAR in the Cup Series. anyway, the Clash was ran last night, so therefore NASCAR got it out of the way, and this meant that what was meant to air tonight on Fox aired on FS1 last night in place of the heat races and Fox replaced the race with reruns in it's place. The final round at Pebble beach has been preempted by the third round due to weather.
I was wondering how they were going to handle that.they weren't the sporting event impacted by the weather in California being bad, NASCAR opted to move it's Busch Light Clash At The Coliseum from LA's Olympic Coliseum (which the stadium gets temporary converted to a short track for the race where they may remove the turf and put something to cover the field then lay asphalt on it for racing) that was scheduled for tonight and ran it last night, in fact NASCAR opted to cancel the heat races and last chance qualifier races but used the qualifying session design to set up the field for the 4 heat races to set up the actual race, and the heat races normally is used at this event for setting the field for the main event since the track can handle the normal amount of cars in a race in NASCAR in the Cup Series. anyway, the Clash was ran last night, so therefore NASCAR got it out of the way, and this meant that what was meant to air tonight on Fox aired on FS1 last night in place of the heat races and Fox replaced the race with reruns in it's place.
What if they had to choose between the Hawkeyes and HS wrestling? They don't care about the rest of the B10?This pre-emption is a little bit interesting. On Saturday February 17 on KDSM Fox 17 in Des Moines, Iowa they will be airing Fox Sports CBK: Illinois at Maryland from 4:30pm to 5:30pm but at 5:30pm they will be pre-empting the rest of that game for High School Wrestling from. 5:30pm to 10pm.
Actually, WWL's sister station is a MyNetwork TV affiliate, WUPL. The CW station, & in fact an O&O being Nexstar-owned, in the Big Easy is WNOL, a sister station of ABC affiliate, WGNO.That time of year again

CBS to Fully Preempt 'The Talk' for UEFA Champions League Games, Soaps Preempted on The West Coast
UEFA Champions League to preempt "The Talk," "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful" and "Let's Make a Deal," primarily in West Coast markets.www.soapoperanetwork.com
The Talk will be preempted today and tomorrow, next Tuesday and Wednesday, and also March 5 and 6 due to UEFA soccer.
LMAD was a rerun at 10am ET today, will not be shown at 3pm ET, but for whatever reason it says tomorrow is a new episode. That doesn’t make sense if it is going to be preempted at 3pm. Let's Make a Deal News on CBS
Anyway LMAD will also be a rerun at 10am on the remaining soccer dates but preempted entirely for the NCAA tournament as usual and also on Tuesday April 30, Wednesday May 1, Tuesday April 7 and Wednesday May 8 for whatever reason.
Check your local listings for Y&R and B&B airtimes in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones.
I do know TPIR is airing at 2pm in Hawaii in The Talk’s time slot.
Ohhh and WWL in New Orleans is airing Mardi Gras coverage from 7am to like 3pm today. CBS Mornings, TPIR and soccer will all be on their sister CW station but for whatever reason the soaps are bumped to late night tonight.
