It's pretty much exactly what they were playing before. There might be a few minor differences but otherwise it's the same thing.
I felt the previous branding wasn't right. The station had various uses of the WSHE and She branding. In 2015 when they put the calls on it was "Chicago's 100.3 WSHE" (It was called Chicago's 100.3 before that) Had a Modern AC format. Tweaked back to AC. Took a few years before they started calling it "She 100.3" and it kept shifting between AC and Adult Hits formats. They started leaning toward 90s and 2000s in 2021 or so. They rebranded to "The New 100.3: She Loves The 90s & 2000s" in 2022. This just clears up old branding from several different formats and gives it it's own.
They tweak the format all the time. Sometimes just a minor adjustment in music every couple years. Like going from Adult Hits to 90s-2000s based Adult Hits. They've gone from Adult Hits to 80s-based Adult Hits (Rewind 100.3) and they have gone from 80s-based Adult Hits to Adult Hits without rebranding at all. Then they rebranded back to Chicago's 100.3 without changing format, then they tweaked it to AC. Same happened with Love FM (Soft AC, Rhythmic Oldies, Rhythmic Oldies with 80s, Adult Hits) and WNND before that (AC, Soft AC, AC, 80s-90s Hot AC)
