I got SiriusXM originally for Stern, however, over the years I've locked into Underground Garage and Outlaw Country. Great music, great mix, amazing deep cuts and most importantly good stuff "between the music" with people that may not be radio people, but people that know and love what they play and communicate better than most radio pros that are reading liners on terrestrial radio.

Here's my problem: I'm so locked in I rarely stray and when I do I wear myself out searching. What the hell am I missing? Music & other "noises".
 
From my rental car adventures in June 2024...I normally had it on Watercolors or The Message (CCM) for music. Occasionally to Yacht Rock, or The Blend with the classic AC format.
More often than not I was on the talk channels. Patriot (125), POTUS for Dan Abrams (124), and the RoadDog Trucking channel (146) was a lot of fun to listen to. Business Radio for The Ramsey Show (132). I traveled to Montana during the fallout of the first Presidential debate that led to Biden leaving the race - thus the gabfests. There are many areas in eastern and central ID with no FM reception at all. Thank goodness for SiriusXM.

I get it - they have the classic rock and decades channels, but why not a generic, yet wide playlist, classic hits channel? 70s to early 90s mixed together?

I have always wondered why they don't have a later 60's to early 80's channel for the over-55 group. The 60's channel is too dated and tired for me, and pure 70's does not have really enough songs due to the "Disco Takeover" in much of the decade.

In country, they do cross decades and I love the 80's and 90's channel. Lots more songs and lots more "variety" of big songs I want to hear.

Spectrum and The Bridge cover some of it.
 
Besides the typical stations that others have mentioned already, I find myself listening to Spa and Escape most of the time. Both stations are great stress relievers.
