To a Puertorican, "La Puertoriqueñissima" is easy to say. It rolls off the tongue.WPRX in Connecticut used the tongue-twisting "La Puertoriquenissima" for a while. It's now branded "Dinamica 1120 -- Pura Adrenalina."

Not only Puertorican, I’m Mexican American and I can roll my Rs very easily. To a Puertorican, "La Puertoriqueñissima" is easy to say. It rolls off the tongue.
The real issue is that name is harder to write in a Nielson diary in the smaller markets. In the case of markets with large Puerto Rican populations, nearly all, though, are PPM markets. Not only Puertorican, I’m Mexican American and I can roll my Rs very easily.
Not the best idea they had in Austin!A "sancho" in Mexican Spanish is a lover of a married woman.
It fit the irreverent "alterado" format, which was less traditional and more gangsta-leaning. SBS is currently something along the same vein, but different, on their HD2 channels with "La Privada".Not the best idea they had in Austin!
Which reminds us to keep an eye out for a new HD-2 on 92.1 after the format flip, though quite likely SBS waits until the full launch of the primary format. It fit the irreverent "alterado" format, which was less traditional and more gangsta-leaning. I’ll definitely notice any HD changesWhich reminds us to keep an eye out for a new HD-2 on 92.1 after the format flip, though quite likely SBS waits until the full launch of the primary format.
Just to clarify, it's not "dead air", just a dead carrier. The station is broadcasting silence. RDS still displaying "Praise 92.1".KROI abruptly went to dead air at 11:56 this morning. Still that way as I type this ten minutes later.🤔🤫
Estoy LEYendo entre líneas…Consummation Notice has been filed... Since there's so many people on this board who have been eagerly awaiting this day, I'll be sure to hopefully not lay down the LAW too much...
Doesn't look like they'll have a chance. You'll see some Insight on that later today or Monday...Now that this deal finally closed, the next stop for SBS could be a certain FM station that's been for sale in NYC for over a year.
A change already happened. They have audio issues at the moment, but there's regional mexican music on.Any word from the DJs about what time they'll flip? I really don't want to miss the changeover
