I have no clue. Shazam should do the trick. I haven't had a chance to sit down and listen for long, except for a quick listen here and there. Audio was cracking awfully when I first listened. Now it sounds way too hollow. What's that song they're looping? I tried Shazaming it, but nothing came up.
It's just straight up looping with no liners or anything. It's so weird.I have no clue. Shazam should do the trick. I haven't had a chance to sit down and listen for long, except for a quick listen here and there. Audio was cracking awfully when I first listened. Now it sounds way too hollow.
They did have over a year and a half to plan for this. The technical issues are probably confusing the heck out of Praise listeners.Rant mode on: It is INEXCUSABLE to launch a new format or operation and not have technical issues ironed out. If you are not ready to go once handed the keys, sign off the transmitter, resolve your audio chain problems, test it out on air in the wee hours of the morning, then go from there. This reeks of poor planning. Rant mode off.
You assume there were people listening to Praise on 92.1… that aren’t on this site. They did have over a year and a half to plan for this. The technical issues are probably confusing the heck out of Praise listeners.
I guess now is the time to set a recorder. They've had several months to plan this out and a loop that lasts longer than a few hours should be considered an operational failure IMO.It's just straight up looping with no liners or anything. It's so weird.
It’s over. They finally stopped playing that one song (it should be against The Law to play it ever again, if you know what I mean)I guess now is the time to set a recorder. Now that the song’s not looping, they’re shouting “Hallulujah!”They did have over a year and a half to plan for this. The technical issues are probably confusing the heck out of Praise listeners.
The first iteration of Praise was quite popular among older African Americans .There are probably dozens of confused older African Americans right now wondering what is going on.You assume there were people listening to Praise on 92.1… that aren’t on this site.
Praise/KROI got a 1.4 in the latest survey, and you can be quite sure the great majority of those were listening to 92.1 and not 102.1 HD-2.You assume there were people listening to Praise on 92.1… that aren’t on this site.
That despite Praise branding as “102.1 HD-2” for the past 18 months. After a while the redirect becomes irrelevant noise when nothing actually happens to 92.1 until now. I haven’t heard one of their “We’re moving!” promos in about six months. There are probably dozens of confused older African Americans right now wondering what is going on.
