Few Changes at Power 106

"BMF" is by an R&B artist, so it's not really that farfetched that Real 92.3 would play this track even if it's a pop-leaning tune. And quite honestly, this one blends more with the overall playlist than the Bad Bunny songs. Also, Real played "Latch" by Disclosure when the station first debuted in 2015. And they've played Bruno Mars "24K Magic" and "That's What I Like" back in 2017.

Besides, this isn't something new that Urban has done. In the past, Urban had plenty of pop/non-R&B and Hip-Hop hits that did well like "OMG" (2010) by Usher feat will.i.am, "Royals" (2013) by Lorde, "Promiscuous" (2006) by Nelly Furtado feat Timbaland, a slew of Justin Timberlake hits, and even certain songs from the likes of Madonna crossed over to Urban and had moderate success. Now, I don't see "BMF" getting as much play as "Snooze", "Saturn", and "Kill Bill" on Real 92.3 but I'm not too surprised that it was added at all.

I’m not surprised that Real would add a dance pop track because they did play Weeknd “Can’t Feel My Face” back in 2015.

Same thing pretty much happened on Power 106 happened in '99-2000 when Dre had fove or six hits from his album 2001 playing at the same time. At the moment, Kendrick is the one shining and I'm not complaining.
I remember those days real well. That’s when Power 106 was at its best.
