Ktwv a high biller or low biller?

When I talked to David e awhile back he said ktwv was a low biller is this still true? The station is popular with the Hispanic base. Hopefully it's a high biller

The station is currently in No. 10 in the ratings. I enjoy the station and you will too.
 
I wonder what David Eduardo will say?
It's not the highest biller, but is within the top 10 at present. What has affected them in the past is poor 25-54 performance due to the nature of the format. However, as many 18-34 and even 18-44 listeners have left radio or use it less, KTWV looks good in share in the 25-54 demo... but it does not look particularly strong in rating; that is because the overall PUR in 18-34 is off by so much that even a little listening can create a big share.
