Assume it is this? ALTAVISION - OlympusatThere is yet another new subchannel. This time on channel 27.88, it's called AtlaVision and it's in HD.
Correct, the early generations of digital TVs and tuners won’t decode MPEG-4 video. Sets made since ~2012 should be able to receive it.On my dinosaur tube tv (w/Insignia digital converter box) it is just "AUDIO ONLY", no picture! Is that because it is MPEG-4?
Same thing in different markets where they are carried. So maybe they can say they are on the -88 instead of say -4 in market A and -6 in market B etcWhy would they go with “.88” when the other WUTF subchannels are .1 through .4?
You’re right, didn’t notice that earlier. Rabbitears.info has the list: https://www.rabbitears.info/search.php?request=network_search&network=AltaVisionSame thing in different markets where they are carried. According to scans of the channel it is indeed gone as of end of JuneNoticed yesterday that it’s gone!
Or, maybe it’s gone to a format that my old 2009 HDTV can’t decode.
