101.1 FM News - Now Streaming!

Speaking of streams. What ever happened to 97.9 the Loop's stream? I thought it would've gone back online the same time the new 101.1 stream did.
 
What happend with the 101.1 FM News stream? It sounded like an out of tune tuner on the sideband of a frequency. Horrible quality. Audio is also too low in output.
 
Beavis and Butt-Head music will not be coming back to 101.1 FM any time soon.

I'd rather listen to Beavis and Butthead music over Kardashian/chocolate updates from talent that sounds confused most of the time. Just sayin'. ;)
 
Streaming audio still sucks big time. How is it possible that this 'off tune' issue is still not resolved, unlistenble at the moment! ???
 
I thought from the start of this station it was a joke or a ploy to get 105.9 to go all news.

Now that the station has been on a bit and still sounds as bad as it does, it makes me believe that this is not the permanent format.

There is no exuse for it to still be so bad now.

I tried listening again today, it is unbearable! I really like some of the people they hired they even sound like their on a high school station. This can't be on accident.

There is no way that a company would dump all this money into a station to sound this bad.

I say it's still a smokescreen until they do what they really want to do with the station.

Call me crazy, a station this bad, has to be done on purpose.

Either that or the people running this so called station are not very bright.
 
I agree this is a JOKE! The station sounds awful. I have tried to listen but after a few minutes I have to turn it off. So many mistakes. Sounds like a broadcasting school station.

Randy Michaels isn't too bright. Take a look at his track record and "successes" at Tribune. LOL EPIC FAIL
 
Please can we stay on topic! Moaning, comments about the station, there are a lot of topics about the station to do that.
