Yes, pretty limited coverage - 'full power' for them is only a 3 dB increase...
I see they're streaming, so I'm sampling their music mix right now. Ultra-eclectic indeed. I can definitely see myself having WEXP on in the background at home occasionally. Not for everyone, and most likely too limited in range for in-car listening anywhere but the immediate Rutland area, but this is what a little independent station should sound like.
 
What is the stream URL? If it's wexp.org, that's the non-broadcast stream originating from the previous owner, and
totally unrelated to what is being broadcast...

Oops, you're right. The "about" info hasn't been updated since 2019. Oh well, I hope the new ownership revives the stream.
