I see they're streaming, so I'm sampling their music mix right now. Ultra-eclectic indeed. I can definitely see myself having WEXP on in the background at home occasionally. Not for everyone, and most likely too limited in range for in-car listening anywhere but the immediate Rutland area, but this is what a little independent station should sound like.
What is the stream URL? If it's wexp.org, that's the non-broadcast stream originating from the previous owner, and

If this radio-locator map is accurate, and WEXP returns with the same power and pattern, WEXP ought to overpower WRSY here. If the signal reaches Lebanon, Springfield and Claremont, it ought to be audible here.
CTListener- I was mistaken earlier. They are running 15W, not 150W (from the Engineering Report filed with FCC:
0.015 kW. ) Normal TPO is ~305W. Sorry...
