Wither WNCX in Cleveland, Ohio? I presume that they were the *only* CBS-owned Howard affiliate not to flip to the "FreeFM" experiment full-time, but after the David Lee Roth debacle, NCX went with a local morning show instead of O&A. (Problem is, the morning slot has again become a revolving door not unlike what it was for them *before* signing Stern out of total desperation in 1992...) Aside from that, the format is still classic rock, and the rest of the airstaff hasn't changed one bit in sixteen years.
It should be noted that CBS won't change the format on WNCX because they blatantly want out of the Cleveland market - but the asking price is too steep, and came before the 2008 banking/credit crisis and recession.
