101 Posts Why We Hate Krazy K0000nah!

Grace has about 6 as of next week with more to be announced at that time.Several also have FM translators.
Maybe he'll say "they expand Grace--not my wife but the other Grace--and I'm still stuck on one station? Are they kidding? We'll discuss it..."

I never quite got the impression that Howie and Kuhner ever hit it off.
 
Howie had Kuhner fill in a couple times but that was about it; then Howie started to use his own people like Grace.
Her success in getting affiliates is the opposite of when Howie tried to market a Curt Schilling Show on Saturday mornings.Strictly online though supposedly WFEA was to pick it up but
it never aired there. Fizzled.

I don't think K0000nah has ever filled in for Howie since he went independent. I think K00000nah only filled in when RKO was picking/paying for the guest hosts. I don't know if I've ever heard Howie say much of anything about him, which is telling.

When k0000nah did the noon to three slot, Howie never listened to him, he always listened to limbaugh because he'd say things like.......rush said today (fill in blank) - he NEVER EVER has said, k0000nah said today.......and, even now, I've never heard Howie say...RKO's morning guy Jeff said......back in the day k0000nah used to have Howie on his show, IIRC it was once a week and....I remember Cooksie saying to Howie...your payment is in your mail slot....Howie doesn't do anything without some kind of payment so perhaps that rubbed k0000nah the wrong way and that's why there's bad blood, could also be because k0000nah is a clown!

Please remember the facts. WRKO
was the 8th most popular station in the last rating period for 6 and up listeners. Best ratings in many years. Jeff and Howie are carrying the station. Jeff is very successful in the morning and continues to perform well. Many posters on this board listen regularly and although they appear to dislike him, they continue to listen and remember what he says. That is why Jeff does so well. He is great with advertisers and very successful. It is a testimony to his talent that people talk about him repeatedly whether they listen or not.

Right, but DePetro often gets his extremeties caught in the wringer, and is now on a relatively low-power AM in Woonsocket, RI, I believe, which does reach Providence but with lots of static. He blew the good gig he once had on 'PRO-AM.
 
DePetro btw is mentioned in Trial by Fire the new
book about The Station nightclub fire, though on the audiobook the narrator mis-pronounces the surname as Da-PETT-roe, not Da-PETE-roe.

I heard though the grapevine at one point Yorke is good friends w/ the guy who runs Talkers, which is why he is consistently on the list, even though all he ever seems to do is talk about his gold handicap.

I've never seen any ratings from WPRO, but I find the station unlistenable. The hosts there seem more concerned with having various politicians on their shows (and thus avoid any serious/controversial questions which might "offend" their guests) than they are with being the "4th arm of government".

I seem to recall DePetro was 'asked' to leave after WPRO got an ultimatum from the governor's office -- e.g. no state officials would appear on WPRO as long as DePetro was on the air there. The fact WPRO 'caved' and shuffled DePetro out the door told me all I needed to know about that station and its management.

LMAO, sure "they" are, nod nod, wink wink, is he getting death threats too, just like hannity claims he's getting? Are they calling him names when he's out in his yard or in a store?? LOL, what a drama queen. Does he have a LTC? Does he have bodyguards yet?? Electric fence? Who is "they"? He's #83 on the talkers heavy 100, does anyone know he exists outside of his family?

Speaking of Schilling, he does this live twitch feed type video thing on a website I'd never heard of before. As far as I can tell the content is either him building these elaborate model kits or bible study, both while railing against the libs.

He is all in that the election was stolen, and that the Jan 6th riots were in fact antifa. Actually heard him state that we know this because if it had been actual conservative patriots they would've successfully taken the capitol by force.
In the same conversation also double downed on the coming civil war and what will happen if someone knocks on his door to take his legally acquired firearms.

It's sad to listen to, and anyone that even gently pushes back via the chat feature is immediately disregarded as being a leftist.

Almost feel bad for him in that besides being brilliant at throwing a baseball and being born with a gift of an arm he's failed at everything else.

As an elected and appointed local official myself, I can definitely tell you there are head cases out there, so I wouldn't doubt K000nah gets "death threats" (although I suspect most are, similar to what I get from time to time, thinly veiled threats which usually are hollow) but being the drama queen is he, he plays it up to the hilt on the radio (and the sycophants lap it up like peanut butter to a dog)

These days, not outside the realm of possibility. For example, the Mayor of Providence recently enacted an ordnance where the police can come onto your property and confiscate your legally owned personal property with no due process or evidence of a crime. You then have to hire an attorney to attempt to get your personal property back before the City destroys it.

In that case, they're targeting ATVs... but if they can do it for one piece of personal property, they certainly could do it for anything, couldn't they?

On RKO they run O'Reilly noon to 12:15 then Grace comes on; I wonder what they do on her new affiliates especially if they don't carry Bill?
Maybe run a highlights bit like what they do on some breaks on Howie's own "network" stream.

More defections from the what-was Rush show; WSB plugs Eric Erickson into noon slot.
