I like WMBX as well. They do a great job musically. My only pet peeve is how they subtly protect WNEW "B106.3" when it comes to play some contemporary R&B hits that do well on Top 40 in the past few years. Otherwise, it's well programmed station that could easily destroy WEDR in Miami if they were to go head to head.
 
I Really Hate Cox Policy how They Run Power 95.3 but at the same time its working for them rating wise. I'm A mix show type of guy especially on weekends as I Go out don't want to hear the same boring regular play list at 10:30 pm on a Friday. I Notice Power 95.3 Play The Same Songs that was hot almost a year ago.

That's another Cox policy to run the hell out of recurrent while neglecting current hits unless the individual PD deems them worthy of attention and spins...
 
you Are Right Some Of The Cox Radio Stations I've listen too all sound the same with out dated singles still getting heavy spins. I Clearly Think 102 Jamz a better Radio station then power 95.3 in my opinion. It Just bothers me For a City Like Orlando why not have a Friday, Saturday Mix show since power 95.3 always promoting which clubs they will be at..... you might as well have some mix shows to hype your audience for the exception of Sunday Night Mix tape.
