Nope. The air conditioners at the main site went on strike.

Mediafrog+ said:A posting on the KHJK Facebook page this morning from a Beaumont listener laments that they were able to hear the station for a day (presumably Monday) but it was gone again. So it is obvious that the main transmitter was indeed back on the air yesterday, but the station is currently back on the auxiliary site. Still more maintenance to do, or the repairs that were done didn't hold up.
A Facebook reply posted yesterday states that the station hopes to have the tower issues resolved this week. Today's weather probably threw a wrench in things.
jd said:No, under current spacing rules (which aren't likely to change) that would run into problems with both KLTN, not to mention the current required separation to KRBE. The FCC makes no distinction between 2nd and 3rd adjacent separation requirements for full-power stations; KHJK is already as close as possible to Houston.
