Realistically, pretty much every AM (and a good percentage of FMs) in NNE could sign off overnights and few would notice. We're not exactly full of "cities that never sleep".
That having been said, how much money would that really save? If I'm not mistaken, commercial accounts have peak metering for electricity. In other words, the highest power draw during a billing cycle is considered to be what's used continuously and is billed accordingly. Under that sort of arrangement signing off overnight would have no effect on the electric bill.
