I still don't get how the fcc allowed a station on 105.1 in portland.
wasn't TOS's signal "grandfatherd" in any way?
I have problems down in ct with 2 99.1's. WPLR and another one from NJ 99.1 and they are godfautherd through the fcc and don't have to worry about spacing.
