Since the city grade for this signal is over and done at LBJ and points south, you'd think they'd focus on a format serving the 2 million people where the signal dominates, Collin, Denton, and the other northern cities and counties. Forget about Dallas county and super serve the northern suburbs, some of the fastest growing, highest income counties in the state...317C50KW said:As anyone ever noticed that Univision Radio in DFW changes formats like most of us change socks?
texasstooge said:It could be possible. Though I highly doubt they'll dump the successful "Radio H2O" programming after almost a year. Rarely, such a circumstance has happened like with "Sunny 97.1" and "FM Rock 93.3" which were both "dismal", though stranger things have happened from time to time. Could be another 107.9 station somewhere in the US. Who knows. The Facebook page says "Your new home for hits", it didn't specify which metro area.
Also, think back to the 2 separate rumors about Clear Channel dumping the current incarnation of '97.1 The Eagle' for either "97.1 The Bull" and another name of a potential AC competitor for KVIL. Both website names were registered, but neither transition happened.
