1110 New Format

What's the rent at 1 Julian Price Place? Could U1 move the remaining 3 stations to the U1 location? At this point the others could operate out of a closet.

Is there any likelihood that a repurposed 1110 could be both sports and syndicated talk radio? I have in mind something kind of like WLW, only different. WLW isn't a sports station per se, but they still have substantial sports programming.

Radio One moved all of their stations to Julian Price in 2023.
