1190-AM WLIB

You must have a very narrowband receiver, because WLIB is only transmitting a 5 kHz audio bandwidth.
If you go back over 20 years to the IBOC AM study lead by Bob Orban and presented at the NAB, his conclusion was that there were essentially no mass market consumer radios or car radios on the market that did not roll off between 4 kHz and 6 kHz to such an extent that broadcasting anything over 5 kHz was of no consequence.
