I've been in Dallas area for the last 2 weeks and i dont think we have enough spanish stations but if it makes you happy i'll tell you that i hear we will have one less spanish station soon. Just wondering and hope you guys will at least reply to my question. Who would you say is the most influential English speaking radio personality in market #5 and, who is the most influential Spanish speaking radio personality?

Not sure what kind of format "Casa 106(?)" had as I wasn't living in Dallas at that time. If Mega does flip, it's likely it will go Top 40 similar Hot 95.7 in Houston.

I would assume since the original post was from someone that only posts about Spanish-language radio on the D/FW and Houston boards, all the CBS 105.3/107.5 comments are a waste of time. With David throwing this hint, it would seem to me Univision is bringing back "Recuerdo" yet again. If two stations are flipping, that would suggest the 99.1/107.1 simulcast is its new home perhaps? Though, I would think 107.9 might be a candidate as it looks like KMVK 107.5 is winning that battle...

If so, this would become the 2nd of Univision's formats to have occupied all 4 of their FM signals in the market at one time or another. For those of you keeping count, here's how Univision's formats have moved around thus far:

It looks like Univision has it together. Great way to grow a station by flipping it every couple of years. Who's the programmer over there that doesn't know how to adjust to what is coming. I forgot about all these great stations.... : My bet is Univision is planning something look at their great track record above. It's about time they haven't done anything in a couple of weeks.

Regional Mexican/Spanish Oldies: "YUK".I guess MEGA got the Latin Top 40 format all to itself "For Now".

They are now simulcasting Recuerdo on both 107.1 and 107.9.
