WHJY will be live O'nites at the Ghetto plex and WPRO-FM would more than likely be the live one O'nights on the trail with each of two jocks making minimum wage.To have the one live body in the building if that's what te law is going to be.
Mandatory staffing doesn't mean live. It only means someone in the building. Why the hell would any of these stations go live overnight when they're not live during the day or evening? To a layman the definition of what goes on at the ghetto penthouse is prerecorded radio after morning drive.

I would turn it into the Jerry Springer of Radio where I would just broadcast wacky things all day. It might not be professional, but it sure would be freaking entertaining! I bet the ratings would go through the roof too.
I'm convinced that off the wall programming is the only thing that will ever revive that mess. Unfortunately it would probably take ridiculous amounts of money just to turn the transmitter on.

Why are you predicting they will remain silent? They're not silent. They signed on with that amor tropical format last month. The sound quality is awful not that that matters to anyone who would listen to any kind of music on AM.

After all that's $15,000 per year. Hell, they'll probably just add it to the duties of the program director.
