Does anyone have Boston radio predictions for 2025? I will offer some, one of which is pretty obvious and most of which will never happen.
1. A new morning show on WZLX. It will likely be music-intensive and include Kenny Young.
2. Might this be the year that Howie Carr retires and a new PM drive show debuts on WRKO? I am guessing it won't be syndicated if this happens.
3. Could this be the year that Jamn and Rumba switch frequencies? Jamn's growth is likely forever hampered by Hot and Kiss. Rumba likely has more potential for growth, so why not put it on the stronger signal?
4. The Bull finally makes some gains on WKLB, as listeners do not warm up to the new morning show on WKLB.
5. With more rumored budget cuts, will Kiss ultimately put Elvis Duran on mornings?
