I wonder what Larry Lujack thinks of these guys who make ten times more a year than he ever made giving him kudos. He may have a funny comment about it.
Not that he is in poverty, but he may be amused.
As to politics and traditional top 40 radio. I think it is best to leave politics out of top 40, because top 40 is entertainment and not as serious as political views can be.
I have strong political opinions, but I always kept them off of my music show. Others at my station, KOOP, were outspoken on their shows, but I did not let listeners know anything except musical information and opinion. I wanted to entertain them, not annoy them.
