The quick answer is NO.The new rules would change the radiation efficiency rules, for one thing, but otherwise things would remain the same. 640 and 990 still jave to maintain their protections to Toronto (640)and Winnipegand the now-dark Providence RI(990). 950 would likely cause problems with cochannel WWJ Detroit, and would wipe out the 950 in MD. WNWR would get into a dogfight with Albany using its present pattern,and would also affect KXEL on the back of the pattern. The main lobe would more than likely step on ZNS-1 Nassau(1540 is a Bahamian clear)due to the main lobe being pointed almost at Atlantic City.
