Actually, if my fuzzy memory is correct, WCLK was hanging on the side of the 1340 tower. That tower is/was (not sure about the current contract) owned by 1340 and they leased the land that it sits on. Actually, a parking lot was built in the early 80s beside the tower and the ground system is under the pavement. When WCLK came on the air, they hung their bays on the side of the 1340 tower. WCLK has since moved... not sure, but I believe they moved to the Richland tower (someone correct me if I am wrong).
I'm not sure if it's the Richland tower, but WCLK traded power for HAAT in the move. (6000W@308' HAAT to 480W@991' HAAT, plus going from DA to ND). Not much more than some of Cumulus's translators.
