To the best of my knowledge, the sale has never closed, and Keymarket is still leasing the 98.3 signal
to EMF/K-Love. Also, notwithstanding the change of COL, 103.5 is still transmitting from Steubenville.
104.3 did move their tower several miles, but neither 103.5 nor 104.3 has a great signal in downtown
Pittsburgh, or in some parts of Allegheny County, primarily to the south and east.
