This is something I've heard in the past, typically early Sunday morning. They probably had a commitment to fill although I can't imagine anyone was listening aside from some wildlife.

How much would a signal like that get for 30-60 minutes of brokered programming? I've always been curious what that rate card looks like.

The curiosity factor has long come and gone. 4-weeks stunting with the same tired liners cycling is evidence this group owner wasn't prepared and dropped the ball. They call it "Results"? Good grief! If they were trying to shake off whatever last number of listeners they had to 92.1; a just as effective and cheap option would have been to shut off the transmitter and save on the light bill. Other than a few geeks here and an engineer, no one would notice or care for that matter. How long was it until 101.5 was finally up and running? "nuff said!
