Saladressing said:Just because a station plays a dance track or two is no reason to get too excited. I fell for the hype here and put 92.3 Now on the iphone other day only to hear nothing but mainstream pop which should be expected for a Mainstream CHR. There are a handful of stations around the country that are dance-friendly such as 92.3 Now, 93.3/Albuquerque, 102.5 KDWZ/Duluth, MN (that market has a history of dance-friendly CHR radio on most notably 102.5 KZIO), XHTO/El Paso & some others which is great but overall these CHRs are so far from the sound of even a Z103.5 it is not even close.

But of course... I'm speaking more in terms of the Spanish language CHR'S that are popping up throughout the country with a playlist that consist of rhythmic and dance music. See my post above about WHKQ Orlando. They're playing 5 dance tracks right now.
