Its been said here that 93.3 now features programming from Clear Channel's "Premium Choice" "Cool Oldies" format. As was
posted here a while back, WCHI 1350 and Cool Oldies WCHO 1250 Washington CH are also "Premium Choice" "Cool Oldies" formatted radio stations. Those two AMers can also be heard here in Columbus, but with much weaker signals.
These three stations can be heard playing the exact same songs, in the same rotation and usually within a few minutes of each other. What is the purpose of "Premium Choice" and how dose it work? Is this a satellited delivered format? Just curious. ???
