Also, WOCE 93.1 Benton, TN (serving the Cleveland, TN, Dalton, GA, and Chattanooga, TN area) has been on the air with a Spanish (Regional Mexican) format for about 4 years or so now. I have no idea how they are doing financially, but they must be doing ok, because they've stuck with it. The station has a decent signal into Dalton, Ga, which has a huge Hispanic population now due to all the carpet factories. (In fact, I'd say Dalton is probably at least 30 or 40 percent Hispanic now).
