Hmmm, looks like SOMEONE has a dog in this fight after all..

Nah, if the money was going right into the pocket of Russ or Don Sierra, I'd say screw it, share all you have. But the money I pay to use that website and download the files has a very specific and worthwhile purpose. I'll steal all day from millionaire entertainers, but not from charities.

Me, too. Keep in mind though, likely about .10 on the dollar is actually going to the charity, the rest is probably split into Sierra's pocket to build and maintain the site and Russ' because, well he wants money.

Don't get me wrong, I respect police & fire and applaud Russ for his contributions to help them when they're down...But in the grand scheme of things, a very small portion is going into the charity...It's the same everywhere. If you see "a portion of the proceeds go to" - they don't tell you that it's a small portion, the rest goes to their personal bank account.

That said, no matter how small a portion, I wouldn't want to take that away. I was just throwing it out there, wouldn't actually do it.
