97.5 The Hawk (Info Needed)

wmgk is a good station too, but i would much rather have the hawk

Funny, I had that same idea (can 'MGK, move the Hawk to 102.9). The Trenton Hawk is clearly the best of the three, although the ManaHAWKin Hawk (105.7 WCHR-FM) has improved somewhat.

Hey, Greater Media! Sounds like a way to rejuvenate a tired frequency. 102.9 The Hawk, Number 1 for Classic Rock!

It's a shame to see The Hawk go away. I enjoyed listening to the station, while driving through New Jersey. I would find myself listening to The Hawk, before tuning into WMMR or WYSP. I used to listen to WYSP alot more, before this "Free FM" crapola took over the airwaves. After that happened, I was finding myself listening to The Hawk a bit more. While jazz fans are pleased, the classic rock audience will have to find another outlet to listen to. It's the way the cookie crumbles I guess.

Does WODE / 99.9 / Easton make it down towards Philly? It, too, is formatted as "The Hawk".

There is also WFKB / 107.5 / Boyertown, Nassau-owned, and programmed as "Frank FM", which is Classic Hits...probably not as hard as "The Hawk". Might not be hard enough for some posters' tastes.

i can get it in levittown pa...not topo good b/c of interference from a pirate somewhere i think but 105.7 the hawk comes in good here
