In other news, Light of Life sure likes to overprice it's translators: 100k for 98.3 in Freeport, 75k for 102.3 in Biddeford (that moved to Sanford). The southern end of W-Bach on 104.7 (an A but still a full power commercial FM) went for 150k.
Was in area Sat.; came in a bit (mixed w someone else?)-- religion-- while on Brighton Ave heading into downtown Portland

Why not! There is really no reason for 'GBH to have a repeater for WCRB/99.5. They cover the same area just as well with the primary. I think it would be great to get 'JIB on that repeater. Hey, 'CRB has multiple platforms to serve the Classical audience including internet, WGBH/89.7 HD2 and a nice 50,000 watt signal on 99.5. But, 'GBH generally just builds stations, not sell them.VoiceofWayne said:
