98.9 FM goes out Blazing

Does anybody knows where XHmore transmitts from and what is the HAAT? I know according to Mexico SCT it listed as 50kw, but it doesn't give out what is the HAAT (Height Above Average Terrian) or the transmitter location. David do you know?
 
From the info on Radio-Locator giving 50kw at 233ft. HAAT at 32 31 58 N, 117 03 55W 0.9 miles from the border I looked at it on Google Earth and the spot was on a roof of a low building with a field right next to it but I could not see a tower.

I'm thinking the tower is on radio hill, and the tower is 71 meters high, or about 233 feet. Mexico does not ues feet for any purpose or reason.
