She said she will be on the air tomorrowat 10:00 am but she said she dose not know how long she will be able to be on the air.
She said, "That depends on what time we hand over the keys of the station over to the fine folks over at the University of Texas".
I second that.
That is what I also heard. I hope they play "Ballad for A Girl in Buchannon" by Chicago.
It's long and jazzy!
Clocks in at around 13 minutes!

But where? 96.3 is the only station that translates a "flanker".
102.7 does well
99.7 ditto
103.1 well that's Jammin.
97.1 has a loyal following in the Spanish speaking community.
106.3, a big maybe. I would place my chips on 96.3 but that signal is so weak I need a HD Radio to receive 96.3 which defeats the purpose since it is already relaying KKMJ HD-3.
I am hoping either KGSR or KVET 98.1 Flips to Classic Hits/Oldies. I am thinking of starting a petition to do so.
Bo and Andi stated that they will stay in Austin.
My guess is Andi will be with KOKE-FM, and Bo?

IIRC-- When they were on in Austin they owned the translator. I believe that is no longer the case.

What about 106.5? 95.1? They're both translators, and I didn't expect 95.1 to actually come back with the same format (women's Spanish talk) a few months ago.
Also, anyone have an aircheck of KUTX's flip to Christmas?
fredcantu said:Is the 95.1 translator somehow related to the one on 97.1?
95.1's Radio Mujer and 97.1's Fiesta Mexicana are both concepts of Promomedios in Guadalajara.
That sounds like more than a coincidence that two translators in Austin would choose the same Mexican vendor.
